I knew Rory when we were both undergrads at Fordham. Everyone wanted to be his friend--he was kind, funny, generous, and unassuming, in spite of his many gifts. I'm not surprised that he built a life based on expertise long-lasting relationships. Such a good man! May he rest in peace.
