While I didn't know Rosa I knew her husband Pete and I followed his term of office as Commander of the Greater Greensboro Chapter of Ex-POWs. My deepest condolences go to her family. The chapter joins with me in expressing our sympathy.

To the Huffman family, I am sorry for your loss but God has gained a glorious angel. Her sense of direction, humor, kindness, love are only some of the things that will be missed. She truly was a warrior!

Mom, We will miss you! You were a cavalier in your fight against bone cancer for the past 18 months, never giving into it's grip!
As a Mom, your balance of Love and Discipline made our family stand to attention. You were the glue that held us all together.
As a Woman, you were unmatched. You were always a Lady, always yourself, and never put anyone before your family... Thank you for giving me the preciuous gift of life! Thank you all you have done for my family. You will be missed but not forgotten.
Mom, you were Always a team player, always defending and protecting us in times of defeat and dispair. Your devotion to family were never duplicated by anyone. Quick witted and could always count on you for a laugh and for a hug when we needed one!
You are in a better place, dancing with Dad in heaven now. I hope You and Dad are having eternal Peace and having a great time in Heaven!
We Love YOU!!!
