I rented an apartment from her for many years. She was a wonderful caring person. When I didn't have furniture she gave me a table and chairs and a lamp. She kept her Apts very clean. She worked so hard for her tenants and her husband Chuy was a very nice man as well. I live far away now but will always remember her as a kind and loving woman.

My mother Rosa Terrazas. Was such a wonderful mother. To all of us but now she is resting in peace with her beloved husband my father Jesus Chuy Terrazas Jr. But my mother will always be in my heartbeat. Also in my beautiful memories that we all had in our family. Because they were so very special events and very so precious. Also very priceless memorial. I love you my mother always and forevermore. But someday we will all be together and that will be beautiful with Our Heavenly Father God and Our Lord Jesus Christ Blessings and that will be beautiful and precious for all of the Terrazas Family and Anchondo also The Montamat Families. Rest in peace my mother our Queen and Princess also my be with your Knight and Shining Armor our father. I love you very much because you were so very special and very precious to all of us.

My condolences to the family. Rosa and I were neighbors and friends when we were young girls.
I have very fond memories of those days. She always had a quick smile to share with others. I wish we had kept in touch through the years.
