The Illuzzi family were dear childhood friends. Rose was such a sweet, caring person. We learned later, as an adult she would use the special traits in mentoring her students. Sending our love to Bob and the family.

Well, I can't believe another year has gone by. Those of you that know Rose, know what a wondeful, caring person she was! We miss her dearly. I speak with Mike frequently and a smile always comes to my face/mind when we talk of her or I think of her.
We love you , Rose. Always in our hearts. Jon

I have know Rose & the Illuzzi family for most of my life. Lillian, Guy, Mike & Rose were/are a wonderful family and I love them all dearly. Rose was such a kind, caring, wonderful person. It's no wonder she aspired to become a teacher and teach & help her pupils as much as possible. Rose was like a little sister to my brother & I and even though we hadn't seen her much since the move to Wyoming we thought of her often.
I know husband Bob & brother Mike think lovingly of her daily.
Rest in Heavenly Peace, Rose! Love, Jon

To the family of Rose M. Bigelow:
(Jeremiah 29:11) reminds us that God's true thoughts are of peace for us, not pain. May reflection on his goodness comfort you during this time of deep sorrow. Please accept my deepest condolences.

My twin brother Ron & I have known Rose & the Illuzzi family for more than 60 years. Rose & Mike were our dear friends all through our Douglas School years. Rose was the most terrific person you would ever want to know. It was inevitable, Guy, Lillian and Mike were the same way. Guy didn't know a stranger and Lillian was a terrific mother.
Once you became friends, you were part of their family too.
Rose grew up to be an outstanding, loving, giving woman who touched the lives of so many people! Our hearts go out to the Illuzzi family. We are saddened, but lifted up, knowing that Rose is with our Lord.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loved and deepest condolences are extended to you. Something that's helped me through the death of loved ones is to reflect on 1 Corinthians 15:26.
