It was a pleasure to visit Rose. She was a welcoming hostess and an excellent cook. Her brother Jimmy always looked forward to visiting his oldest sister.

Rose you were a force of nature, fiercely independent and a true example, to all who knew you, of a life well lived. We will miss all the times and laughs we shared together, particularly over the last several years.

I was very fortunate to have Rose as my friend & neighbor. Our two daughters were similar ages & together we spent many enjoyable times together. Our friendship remained close over many, many years. We played bridge, went to lunch & had endless telephone conversations. Rose was a sincere, kind & loving person who I admired for her true grit, honesty & loyality to her friends & family.
