On Monday May 12, 2025, we lost our beloved sister Rose Rocheal Lee Campbell. Rose was freed from her earthly body and made whole as she entered into the gates of the eternal kingdom of heaven.

Rose was reunited with loved ones that passed on before her including her mother, Shirley "Jackie Pope" Lee; her father, Martin Grant Lee "Junior"; her grandparents Joe Chandler Pope and Rosa Belle Beeson Pope and Martin Grant Lee,Sr & Carrie Coates Lee Hyatt; her great Aunt Bertha Truelove and Great Uncle Bernice Coates.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters Rebecca Annette Lee Greenawalt (Billy), Shirley Marie Lee McCraw (Bear), Marina Gale Lee Odom (Steve) and Martina Grace Lee; Her Nieces including her favorite niece Gina Marie Mitchell (Drew), Samantha Sparks, Jennifer Wall, Brittney McClure (Jesse), Sarah Zeballos (David), Katie Romano (Derek), RosaBelle Cerka, Alexandria Tyler and Rachel Morrow; nephew Mathew Wall (Rebecca); numerous great nieces and nephews including her two much loved great nephews Evan King and Emmett King; Uncle Billy Pope (Donna) and numerous cousins including her favorite Aleta Kidd and special second cousin Joyce Cochran.

Rose was born October 9,1964 in High Point North Carolina. Graduate of East Davidson High School class of 1982. She went on to graduate from the Paralegal Program at Davidson County Community College. She touched many lives through her dedication with the YMCA, Big Sisters and her church.

She was currently serving the community as Office Support with Davidson County Senior Services Nutrition Program.

Rose endured many years of health issues but remained positive and steadfast in her faith and love for life. Rose had a passion for serving Christ and loved being outdoors. Her greatest enjoyment was sharing a meal with her family and friends including her Carolina Memorial Baptist Church Family.

Rose was a deeply beloved sister that has left a tremendous void in our lives that will remain until we can reunite once again in the presence of Christ.

We rejoice knowing that she is with our mom and Jesus Christ! We are looking forward to being together with them in Heaven. We love you Rose! Celebration of Life held Sunday, May 18th, 2025 at 12pm in Linwood, NC.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 7:00pm, at Carolina Memorial Baptist Church in Thomasville, NC.
