Rosemary Rogers

I, and my late husband, Steve, have so many memories of Terri and Chip and the "girls" going back so many years. Their love, hospitality and oh, her special homemade bread. My love to Chip and the family.

We have just learned of Terri's calling back to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are saddened that she is no longer with us, but are most gladdened and enlightened that she is resting in peace with no pain, sorrow or suffering. May her memory be eternal and may God bless and strengthen Chip and all of her family through Terri's everlasting and great spirit.

Chip, Joan and I were so very sorry to hear of Terri's passing. We only got to meet her twice, but both enjoyed her company very much. You and your family have our heartfelt sympathy.

the celebration of life service today was beautiful. I know Michelle considered the Rogers family "her family" but they welcomed all of us Parkers as well as Michelle. wonderful woman beautiful service. Love you all. Florette

To one of our dearest friends at OU, Chip Rogers. You had told me Terri was ill, but one can never prepare for the loss. Our thoughts are with you, Nancy and "Fang".

Words cannot begin to express the pain of Terri's death to a family which became mine many years ago and will be for ever. She was grace and beauty, loving mother and wife and a behind the scene awesome force in so many ways that will be her legacy. May the love you gave come to you many folds and surround your loved ones who cherished you as we did.

Terri's former colleagues in the Geography Department remember her fondly, and offer our condolences to her family.

Deepest condolences to Terri's family at this heartbreaking time. We were classmates at Aquinas College in the early 60s, and her spirited outlook and humor have remained in my memory. The description of her interests over the years fits right in for the college girl who went to the Kennedy Inauguration. What times those were - and what a life of concern for others she led from then on.

Absolutely wonderful obituary! Terri took tender care of her family. Two memories which come to mind for me are; the "Cream of wheat episode"at Uncle Lynns, and King Arthur flour. Marty asks me why I use it. "Because my cousin Terri swears by it" say I. Adieu special lady, until we meet in heaven.

Chip, I was doing Railfair when I heard of your wife's passing. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Chip, Maureen, Shannon, Erin and Kerry my deepest sympathy in your loss. I remember when working with Terri how very proud she was of her family. May you find peace in knowing that others share in your sadness.

A true pioneer for "nasty women", thank you for that Terri.
May your family continue to carry the torche that she graciously passed. The heavens are welcoming her and what a party! May God Comfort you during this time..her kindness and understanding of her call to discipleship will remain. (I have two graduates of CCHS "11" and CCHS "13". I also have a graduate of Aquinas College.

Don and I did not know Terri but are friends with Chip and we are sorry for her loss..She was an amazing smart woman, wife, mother and friend.. may you be comforted by the Lord, family and friends.

She's been in my thoughts every day and will continue to bring a comforting smile on my face. She and all the Rogers have always made me feel at home in their house. A part of my heart is gone.

Terri was a high school classmate. She was sweet,smart,good tap dancer and just a little crazy.

Sorry to hear of Terri's passing. She had amazing strength and courage and was one of the most gracious persons I have ever met. A rare joy .

Terri was a classmate of ours (CCHS-"57'"). She was always so pleasant and fun to be with. We served on several high school committees together and as I recall we had a great deal of fun while accomplishing what we set out to do. Our sympathies to her husband and family.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed from the class of CCHS "57", through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen

To the Rogers Family, I have known Terri since we went to grade school together at St. Francis, then High School at Catholic Central, Terri was a neighbor also lived a block away. She was such a sweet lady, so sorry to hear of her passing.

My heart is crying. So many memories over so many years. She and Chip always welcomed me on my trips to Michigan and back to North Carolina with a bed and her wonderful home made bread. I loved her.

Now you are with Him. Lucky girl.

i did not have the pleasure of knowing Terri directly, but i do know you can tell a lot about a person by the people who care about them, and some of the nicest people I know loved her. Terri's raised an amazing group of women (and influenced a few men) who will carry on her legacy by fighting the good fight and not backing down to a challenge. To the entire Rogers extended family I wish you peace and comfort in the memories you spent a lifetime enjoying.

I cannot think on Mrs. Rogers (yes, she'll always be that to me no matter how old I get!) without picturing her smiling face. She was ever kind, encouraging, and gracious to me. She will be missed. Our love and prayers to all her wonderful family. May you take comfort in knowing our loss is heaven's gain. We love you, signed the Longbrake family.
