Rosetta McMillan Obituary
Rose devoted her professional life to the nurturing and education of young minds as an early childhood education instructor. She was profoundly respected and adored by her students, having imparted not only academic lessons but also valuable life skills. Her commitment to education was recognized through prestigious accolades such as the "Wall of Fame" and "Distinguished Service Award" at Four County Career Center in 2019.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Rose was deeply passionate about knitting and gardening, hobbies that reflected her creativity and love for nature. Her home was a vibrant testament to her green thumb and her handcrafted knits were a symbol of her love and meticulous care.
Rose's loving nature was most evident in her personal life. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Watson; children, Tara McMillan, Shawn McMillan, Alexis Woods, Destiny Watson, and Tierra Watson; and her brother, Rich McMillan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Janet and James McMillan.
A service to honor Rose's beautiful life will be held on October 25th at 11 am at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Loveland, Ohio, the town where she was both born and passed away. The family invites all who knew Rose to join in celebrating her remarkable life and legacy.
