I have so many happy memories travelling to horse shows and how much fun we had. Mr. Jardine was a wonderful man who had a warm heart... Thinking of you all and hope the wonderful memories bring you peace.

Many years have passed since leaving Kamloops but the fond memories of the great times and friendship forged with "The Jardines" never forgotten. Ross leaves a legacy that will be remembered always for so many outstanding qualities and always beside him, Arline. Cherish the memories!

Dear Arline and family,

I was saddened to learn today that Ross had passed on. I had the privilege and pleasure to work for Ross in a professional way and always found him to be a man of great integrity, full of terrific business ideas and unafraid to take risk. He was a gentle person, a kind man and always had a wonderful attitude about life. He will be missed by everyone who had the good fortune to cross his path.

I never knew Ross, but heard a lot of good things about him and his businesses. As a cousin of Shane, I pray that the Lord will hold and comfort all the family through this hard time in your lives, the loss of a loved one. My thoughts are with all of you as I send my condolences.

For many years I walked into Jardine Sports and was greeted by Mr. Jardine calling me "turkey thief". It was a life long joke but helped carry on the value of having Mr. Jardine and Jardine Sports in our community. Mr. Jardine and Jardine Sports were important members of our community and always gave back. Mr. Jardine was one of a kind and he will be missed.

My condolences to the Jardine family. May the God of all comfort sustain you in your time of need.

I am sorry for your loss; I did not know Ross but my late husband, Fred Marriott, grew up in Heffley Creek and I can always remember him talking about Jardine's Store. I am sure he will be greatly missed by all who knew him and would have been touched by knowing him.
