It was a joy to get to know Ross and Charlene better when I was the Interim Pastor at Mt. Vernon. My dad, Jim, already knew them both from York Rite and Shrine. Whether at church or some Masonic function, they were a great couple. Ross' dedication was always apparent and his faith was strong. We have missed seeing him and will miss him more in the days ahead. He was a good and honorable man. Our prayers are with you all.

Ross will be greatly missed, we have lost a good man, Mason and friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the Smith family and I hope that you are comforted by the knowledge that Ross was as proud of all of you as I know you are of him.
