It has many years since I have seen or heard from you as you and I were neighbors and childhood friends. Your mother and dad, your Hicks grandparents and you are a wonderful part of my memories.

I came to know Mrs. Adams when she transferred to Mary Potter School when I was assistant principal there. She was such a fine teacher. I've often thought that my ideal school would let me go back in time and choose the best teachers. Mrs. Adams would be one of the first I would pick. What a wonderful lady.

If your dear mama was teaching at O.O. back in the 70's, I was one of her many students, and we all loved her. Sorry for your loss.
