Our sincere condolences of Mr. Barrett's family. We had the chance to speak with him twice at the office. Mr. Barrett was very kind. We appreciate being a tenant. Mr. Barrett sure will be missed.

I had the pleasure to know Roy for decades, both professionally, socially and playing golf. He was a gentleman, focused, always upbeat with a positive attitude and winning smile. I am saddened by his passing.

Roy will be greatly missed. I worked at Barret Carpets, then I worked at the dentist office where Roy, and Sue came to, and Gertrude Burns whom Roy loved and spent his last years with is an old family friend..I will miss Roy and my deepest sympathy is with his grandchildren, whom he love so much!

I worked with Roy for 16 years in the 1970's and 80's at Barrett Carpet Mills, and we went thorugh some interesting business challenges. He was a great business man, especially in the area of sales. When he and Sue moved to "the country" I thought to myself that this would never work - but again, Roy proved me wrong.

Mr. Barrett, as we greeted him, will be sorely missed on all Tuesdays and Fridays as those were the days we tennis players invaded the DGCC bar for lunch. There Mr. Barrett would be with his lunch group always with a friendly, smiling greeting for us. We enjoyed our friendship over many years that developed out of these few hours each week. Also, as a fellow parishioner at St. Mark's, he will be greatly missed. My sincere sympathy to the family.

I played Golf with Roy in the mid 90's. I found him to be a gentleman of a man. He was kind and courtious. My condolences to his family
