I lived next door to "Mr. Cone" for most of my childhood years. I can tell you first hand that he was an incredibly honest and thoughtful man who worked hard and loved Jesus. He was always one of my favorite people - always happy, quick to laugh, and someone that people gravitated to. In addition to his expertise on tasting pies and cakes, every freezer of homemade ice cream was "the best he ever had". He was also a very talented painter and artist. I know he will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

My family will always cherish the many memories of Bro. Roy. Amanda and Jennifer will always remember the face paintings he did during Vacation Bible School and Fall Festivals. He will truly be missed by our family. Love and Prayers to Mrs. Sue and the family.
