Roy Kerchner
Roy F. Kerchner, 93, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Belleville, Ill., born May 27, 1910, in Birkner Station, Belleville, Ill., died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003, at Valle Norte Caring Center in Albuquerque, N.M.
Mr. Kerchner was a member of Gateway East Artist Guild (GEAG) and the Farm Bureau.
Mr. Kerchner was preceded in death by his wife, Mary M., nee Hall, Kerchner; his parents, Howard G. and Anna C., nee Schneppe, Kerchner; a brother, Elmer X. Kerchner; and a sister-in-law, Edna Kerchner.
Surviving are two daughters, M. Ann Kehrer of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mary R. (Marvin Clark) Kerchner of Placitas, N.M.; four grandchildren, Adam (Justine) Kehrer, Nicole Kehrer, Grant Kabrick, and Heather (Nick) Tishma; three great-grandchildren, Paige Kehrer, Riley Tishma, and Mariel Tishma; two brothers-in-law, Harry (June) Hall and Chester Hall; two sisters-in-law, Sue Howard and Jean (Don) Ring; two nieces, Anna (Jack) Kurrelmeyer and Jeanette Dinga; special friend, Aurelia J. Willman; and many great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to GEAG Mary M. Kerchner Memorial Fund.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2003, at Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003, at Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Ill., with the Rev. Jack Kurrelmeyer and Harry Hall officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
