Curly and Betty were a kind, loving, wonderful, 'bootiful' couple, who have joined together in Heaven for eternal Peace together. Curly and Betty left many, many happy memories which will not only be remembered and enjoyed by their Families and Friends but the generations in the future to come.
Our sympathy and prayers go to all the Whitaker Families at this time of loss.
God Bless All,
Carolyn Grumbles

Curly and Betty helped us raise our children when they attended Betty's Day Care for several years. Curly was quite the "gentleman"; you don't find men like him very often these days. He was a close friend and we will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.
Kind regards,
Danny, Kim, Natalie and Kevin Hubbard

Curly's grandfather Harry Whitaker of Luling was an older brother to my Dad, Paul Whitaker. In our younger years, my husband and I and Curly & Betty were in contact quite often and visited occasionally. Somehow, we sort of lost touch and I very much regret that. They were such a special couple and loved their family dearly. I remember, that even as a very young man, not quite out of his teens, that Curly was already what we called "a handsome dude" and those good looks only increased over the years.
To all of you, his family, and his close friends, my husband and I offer our deepest sympathy in your loss. May God give you peace and comfort.
