BALL
Ruby V. Ball, 82, of Covington, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital South in Edgewood. She was a retired seamstress for Safeguard Co., in Covington. Ruby was a 50 year member of Paris-Marie Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her parents Loyd and Margie Ball, and sisters Irene (Charles) Longworth, Ginny (Rudy) Elmore, and Barbara (James) McCracken. Survivors include sisters Dorothy (Raymond) Bond, Kathryn (James) Humphries, Linda (Lanny) Setters, Betty (Gene) Haskamp, Rosie (Dennis) Chinn, and Patty (John) Rich; brothers Major (Barbara), Jim (Ellen) and Paul (Kathy) Ball, and many, many, nieces and nephews. Visitation 10 AM to funeral services at 12 Noon Tuesday, September 15, all at SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME- LATONIA. Burial Floral Hills Cemetery. Memorials to charity of choice. It is said day when one of the family passes away I remember aunt Red learning to drive her little red Vega and then getting her Sky Blue Maverick She will be missed!! My prayers are out there for all of my family!
