Ruby Mae Ralston Bryant

1922 - 2016

Nov. 24, 1922 - Sept. 5, 2016 Ruby Mae Ralston Bryant, age 93 went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 5, 2016. She was a member of the Healing Place, formerly Sherwood Church of God and was retired from Dolly Madison Bakery and Self and Company. Ruby was a kind, loving and generous mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother; being very generous to all. She was preceded in death by her husband W. A. Bryant; parents, Earl and Lela Ralston; sister, Evelyn Ralston; brothers: Clifford, Warren, Earl, Freddie and Eddie Ralston. Survivors include her daughters: Patsy Milam, Jeanie (Billy) Garner and Shirley (Martin) Brown; twin sister, Ruth Little; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great – great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, church family and friends. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2016 at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
