Ruby Harwood Obituary
Ruby was born July 27, 1932 in Stanly County to the late George Washington Andrews and the late Eula Louise Andrews.
In addition to her husband Harold Wesley Harwood, she was also preceded in death by sisters, Pauline Furr and Hazel Furr; brothers, Virgil Andrews and Kenneth Andrews.
The family received friends Friday, September 10, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Homes of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Monday, September 13 at 2 p.m. at the Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, 522 N. 2nd St., Albemarle, NC, officiated by Rev. Don Crusenberry. Burial will follow at the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery at 20987 NC 73 Hwy., Albemarle.
Survivors include son, Alan Harwood of New London, NC; daughter, Elaine Harwood of Albemarle, NC.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Harwood family.
