Ruby Owens Obituary
Her passion in life was playing the piano at church, nursing homes and for friends. She also played for the residents at the Dominion Senior Living where she resided.
She was a retired manager from Bycks.
She was a long time member of. Matthews Baptist Church over 70 years.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Eldridge Owens (Ed), sisters Mary Weber, Eliza Lee Owens, Alene Aaron and brother,Charles Sharp, and her daughter Bonnie Potts.
She is survived by her son Dr. Eddie Owens (Bonnie Sue), Grandchildren Troy Potts, Chad Potts and five great grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, St. Matthews at 12pm with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday 10 am until time of service.
Memorial contribution to St. Matthews Baptist Church.
