Ruby Lee Redford

Mrs. Ruby Lee Redford, age 88, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020. She was born June 3, 1931 in Castleberry, Alabama to Coleman and Brittie Wilson Smith. Mrs. Redford was a long-time resident of Mobile, Alabama. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Willmer Baptist Church. She was a loving mother of three children and an active member of her church and community. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Mrs. Redford was preceded in death by her father and mother; her loving husband, James F. Redford; her son, Dewayne Calhoun; and her daughter, Debra Polster. Mrs. Redford is survived by her daughters, Cheryl C. Leopard and Rosa Lami, both of Mobile, Alabama; ten grandchildren, Tina Parnell, Terry Parnell, Rodger Parnell, Chris Calhoun, Terry Calhoun, Rob Polster, Rebecca Lami, Jennifer Lami, Sara Lami, and Matthew Lami; and four great-grandchildren.
