Rudy will be missed! He is such a good friend and we formed the Waldo County Bass Addicks in 1989 and took over The Americn Bass Association at a State level. When the ABA disbanded Rudy refused to let it die. Under same rules etc Rudy formed NEBA Northeast Bass Association. We had so much fun tournament Bass fishing all over the USA. I loved Rudy like a brother I will miss him so much. R.I.P Rudy!
