His music was an important part of my High School memories. His songs actually got me through some tough times in the 1960s.s and 70s. I am in my late 70s and I hear of so many musicians from that era are passing but this time I am true;y saddened at his death. Rest in peace knowing you were an amazing man your music was important to me and millions of others.
