Russell T. Bundy

Dear Bundy Family, We, at Sander Supply in Philadelphia, would like to express our sincere condolences on the passing of your family patriarch. While not in contact on a regular basis, we did cross paths over the years since 1975. After my Dad's purchase of Sander Supply, he would run into Russ at large bakery auctions where there would often be large lots of used bread, roll, and sheet pans. At that time, used pans sales were still a viable sales commodity. Over the years, we were around for the American Pan Company launch and the eventual consolidation of the Lockwood, Ekco-Glaco and Chicago Metallic brands all under the Bundy Banner! A very impressive American success story in my book! And he was a honest, personable, and genuinely good person to boot! He will be truly missed by anyone who had the opportunity to know him. Dear Bundy family. I did know Mr. Bundy personally. But I knew Scott Mouton from High School. Then reconnected when Jeanette...who I also knew from hs, met again. Scot and Jeanette paid it forward as Mr. Bundy helped them. So listening to Scott and Jeanette I felt like I knew him. Generous,and loving to a fault. The Biggest hearted man you could ever have known. I feel if I am lucky I will meet him in heaven. I feel for Jeanette. I know how much she wanted to be there, but circumstances made it so she was unable. God Bless your family. May Mr Bundy RIP.

Russ was a true gentlemen and a great American! I was priviledged to be close to him during the time I lived in Central Ohio. I will never forget his kindness.

So many years of memories of knowing Russell from first grade to graduation from Moon Township High School to class reunions to a long term friendship. He never forgot his home town or his many home town friends. We will never forget him!
