Mr Milligan was my biology teacher in 1987. The Frankfort class of 1990 mourn his loss! Sending love to family, friends, and student's who loved him!

I'm saddened to hear of the passing of Russ. He was an outstanding athlete and student at Concord High School. Prayers to his family and the Center Grove community. He was a Hall of Fame Coach and a better person. RIP big man.

I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to know Russ. My family is praying for the Milligan family.

My heart aches over the loss of Mr. Milligan (or as he quickly corrected me, Russ). I am so thankful for the time I spent with him and the conversations we had. He loved his family more then anything, and was so proud of them. Within a few nights Russ went from being a memory of a voice yelling in the high school hallway to get to class to a friend I will never forget. Praying for peace and comfort for the Milligan family.
