Rusty Golden

We were in band together at Goodpasture back in the '70s. He was a drummer, I was a trumpet player. We were both pretty good, but he made a living at it where I went on to other pursuits. He will be missed.

Rusty and his brothers were very talented musicians. Big fan of the oak ridge boys and the goldens for forty plus years. My prayers are with the family and other fans

3rd Thursday on the Square in Gallatin back several years ago when I performed with Bobby Randall...he was spot on!

I did not know Rusty well but am a friend of his aunt and by her stories I feel like I do! He was so talented and played that keyboard something awesome! I could listen to that all day. My deepest sympathy to William and all his family He will be missed! Probably pla ying for God as we speak!

My condolences to the entire Golden family..I only met Rusty once on a double date in the 70s,(when I lived in Brewton) ... My friend couldn´t wait for me to meet her charming new boyfriend! We all ended up having so much fun that night! Over the years, I´ve followed his career and enjoyed his many musical talents...Mr Golden, My heart breaks for your loss.. it´s so easy to see he was truly loved beyond measure! I´m Keeping you all in prayer! Hope it brings comfort to know......What a beautiful difference he made in this world!!!

Prayers for the Golden family... Bill, Chris, Craig and other members I don't know as well I am still shocked and wish to express to you my deepest, heartfelt condolences for the loss of Rusty. I had not seen him much in the last 5 years but will always remember him as a wonderful person, musician and most importantly friend. he was always a good person to me, always kind, he was truly a good man and will for sure be missed, RIP rustman.

His family is from Brewton which is where I also live. Always love hearing the family sing. Prayers are sent to the family. May God wrap his arms around you all. God bless.
