Bonnie, Thank you so much for remembering that about our mom. Mom LOVED baking, and she also LOVED when she won at Bingo! She would definitely let us know when she won. I think her biggest jackpot was $8, and was she ever happy! Have a lovely day, Fran O. Shippy, Ruth's youngest.

Ruth liked playing Bingo here at The Seabrook and never came to the game empty handed. She always brought cookies or chocolates for us to share. Sweet Lady. Bonnie

Mary and Martha Guild

Deepest sympathy from the members of the Mary and Martha Guild of Mary, Seat of Wisdom in Park Ridge. Ruth was a faithful and hardworking member who volunteered for every effort to help those in need of our community. She was also generous in our Labors of Love fundraising. Ruth saw goodness in everyone and treated all with kindness. We will miss hearing the stories of her long, interesting life. We know that she is now enjoying her reward. Rest in peace dear friend!
