RUTH GAST

Hello. My name is Jean Marie Bovello. I am Pam Stoltz's daughter. My mother was part of the Friendly Visitors and was assigned to Ruth decades ago and vusited her every week for decades. I went with her on occassion. Rith was so nice. My mother helped her decorate her Christmas tree every year. My mother passed in 2008, but Ruth kept in touch with me to see how me and my kids were doing. I first remember meeting her when I was in High School. She was so thoughtful and very chatty. It was nice catching up with her. I pray that the two of them have reconnected!!

Dear Mary, I was saddened to read in this week's DeMatha Newsletter of Ruth's passing. My deepest condolonces to you and family. Although many years have passed, I remember how special she was. May your faith and the love of family comfort you during this difficult time.

We wish we could be there to share in the memories in celebration of Ruthie's life. She always shared her smiles and happy outlook. Our prayers are for your comfort and peace at this sad time. May God bless and keep you all in His care, dear cousins.

I'm so glad to have been able to call Ruthie cousin. She has been such a positive example of how to live life. We will all miss her.
