Ruth Vidaurreta Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 4, 2024.
Ruth Elizabeth Vidaurreta, 94, peacefully passed away in her sleep on April 1, 2024, in Goodyear, Arizona. She was born on March 19, 1930, in Globe, Arizona, to John and Ella Sniffen. Ruth was the beloved wife of Daniel Gracian Vidaurreta, whom she married in 1952. She is survived by 9 children, 32 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.

Ruth was a vibrant soul who enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a great sense of humor that she passed down to her children, leaving a lasting legacy of joy and laughter. Ruth was a talented poet, seamstress, and crocheter, always sharing her creations with her family. Known for her selflessness and caring nature, she constantly sought ways to enrich the lives of those around her.

Her family meant everything to her, and her love for them shone through in her notes in the Bible, where her thoughts, prayers, and deep affection were beautifully expressed. Ruth's children lovingly cared for her, and she welcomed everyone into her heart unconditionally.

A ceremony to celebrate Ruth's remarkable life will be held at Harvest Church in Glendale, Arizona. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
