Ruth was such a wonderful and warm lady. She was always so full of energy. I don't think I ever saw her without that beautiful smile. She was such a proud wife,mother,and grandmother. She loved her town and was alwys ready to help improve it.You will be missed Ruth. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and the city that loved her.
