It is hard to believe that 4 years have gone by. We all miss you.

A year has passed and we are still coping with the loss and devastation of this insidious disease. I do hope that her family and friends have escaped this virus and are doing everything they can to remain safe. May God bless all of you and bless our country!

I worked with Ruthellyn at Child Protective Services and am sad to learn she has become a victim of COVID-19. I wish peace and comfort for her dad, cousins, friends, and DCPS/DFS family.

So sorry for your loss.I supervised Ruthellyn when she became a worker in Protective Services.
I am praying that you will receive the comfort of our Heavenly Father as you mourn.

Dick: My condolences to you on loss the Ruthellyn. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of knowing Ruthie for almost 50 years - when I think of her, one of earliest memories was of going with Ruthie and Jen to Anna Marie Island for a number of years. She always kept in touch - never missed a holiday or birthday - most recently, she sent 2 cards for St. Patrick's Day. She will be missed.
