Ryan James Ainsworth
2003 – 2016

Ryan James Ainsworth, beloved youngest son of Gillian Fowler and Robert Ainsworth passed away tragically and unexpectedly at the young age of 13. He was the wonderful, fun, loving, adventurous and witty younger brother of Jackson and older brother of Emily. Ryan was adored and deeply cherished by all who met him. He was an awesome son that any parent would have been proud of.

Ryan was born in the early morning of January 29, 2003 in Atlanta, GA. His aunt Sue Sue delivered him into this world. He attended Dunwoody Prep and MJCCA Preschools prior to the family relocating to Park City, UT. Ryan was in the eighth grade at Treasure Mountain Junior High School. He was "born to be cool" – he was kind, accepting, wicked smart, daring and charismatic- a young man whose beautiful smile, twinkle in his eye, and contagious laughter brought joy to everyone he met. Despite his youth, he had uncharacteristic insight into situations and individuals. Ryan was passionate about parkour, performing tricks on bikes, off diving boards, and on the tramp. He enjoyed extreme skiing, skateboarding and cooking fabulous dishes from around the world. He loved his family, his cats Cordelia and Lucky and Remy the dog, but most of all his dear friends and life.

Ryan is greatly missed by his mom and dad; siblings Jackson and Emily; grandmother Judy Fowler; aunts: Raye Raye, Sue Sue, Jennifer and Joy; uncles: Karel, Spencer, George, Tim and Michael; and cousins: Dustin, Kylie, Cami, Daley, Grace, Cormac and Leilani.

A Requiem Mass and interment was held on Saturday October 1st, 2016 at St. Barnabas Anglican Church in Dunwoody, GA.

A Gathering to Honor Ryan's life will be held on Saturday October 8th, 2016 at 4 pm at Mountain Life Church at 7375 Silver Creek Rd, Park City, UT 84098. Refreshments will follow. Everyone is welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Ryan Ainsworth may be made to Mountain Life Church in Park City, UT.

This was and always will be my little brother. Ryan was such an amazing and sweet kid. My heart hurts with how much I miss you but also lights up with joy at the memories of running around town eating oreos together and taking a random bus to explore a new place together. I miss you and love you with all my heart. Forever and always.

I only met him once at his Aunt Rachel's house, but I remember the love and the life that emanated from him and his brother and sister as they ran around the house with my children, living their lives like sweet children should. My heart is aching for Jill, and Rachel and Judy and all the family. I am praying for you all constantly and I hope some day you can find the peace that passes all understanding.......
