Mary Ellen, I remember you from the Butler eighth ward. I was your visiting teacher for a very short while. I am so sorry about Doug. He seemed such a nice man.
My husband also has been diagnosed with mild cognitive issues and I´m just starting to experience what you might have gone through. Such a cruel disease for such great people. We wish you peace and comfort from our heavenly father. Jeff and pat england.

I fondly remember Doug. I met Doug when my mother, Betty Anderson, lived in memory care at Ashford in Springville for a couple years passing away in June 2024. After meals, I would sometimes help Doug find his room and he was always so grateful, always had a smile and a very gentle demeanor. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife & family at this tender time of loss.
