S. Stowell Symmes

I was so sorry to recently learn of Mr. Symmes's passing. We always enjoyed his kindness and smile as a volunteer at the Rockefeller Library. I will always remember him.

Stowell was a prince among men. He was a dedicated educator who always cared deeply about his students and his colleagues. He will long be remembered by those of us fortunate enough to have worked with him. Our most sincere condolences to his wonderful family

It was a privilege to work with Stow to advance economic education in America. His legacy will live on.

We were so sad to hear the news. What fond memories I have of Mr.Symmes and your family! You always welcomed us at your home for holidays. You graciously hosted my bridal shower. And my folks enjoyed the time they spent with you over the years, what a special,lasting friendship you had. I know my Dad is on the welcoming committee for Mr. Symmes. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
