I met Salem 70 years ago when he started the 12th grade at Lee High School in 1949. Attended high school, JU and became Gators together at U of F. Played tennis and learned to water ski together. Best man at my wedding.
Knew his parents and several brothers and we even took one of his sisters to the hospital where she gave birth to a future dentist. Went to NYC and London with my wife and Salem and Kathy -- and many other places.
I will never forget Salem and hope to see him again.
