Dear David, Tom and Paul,
My sincere condolences to the three of you on the illness and death of your mother. Sally was a wonderful and wise friend, from whom I learned many things – the importance of getting rid of no longer needed things in one's senior years, as well as the pleasure of travel and the value of independence and social and cultural activities as one ages. Sally helped me understand my own mother's aspirations and desires as my mother (just a few months younger than Sally) ages. When Sally moved to the retirement home, she gave me a few items of clothing that she no longer needed. I enjoy remembering Sally when I wear these or see them in my closet. We have missed Sally in our group. She was very attentive to and supportive of each of us over the years. How privileged I feel to have known Sally.

David, Paul, and Tom,
I am so sorry to hear about Auntie Sally's passing. I will always remember her smile - she had the most wonderful smile.
My sincerest sympathies to you all.

Sally was our "wise spiritual friend". We keep fond memories of her humor, wit, generosity and deep love towards all of us in our special group. We are grateful and enriched to have had Sally on our journey.

Sally was a good friend. She always had a smile for everyone and her laughter was infectious. I am so glad to have met her and have so many wonderful memories of our times together. (From her Group)
