Sally Hamera Obituary
Sally was proud to become an American Citizen and give her family a new life. Sally Hamera was a longtime dedicated member of the NYC Local 32B-32J Service Employees International Union, working inside The Empire State Building until her retirement in 1997. Sally then moved to Arizona to spend her golden years with her beloved Daughter, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Sally loved cooking traditional Ukrainian and Polish dishes for her family, especially on holidays and for breakfast. She enjoyed designing and sewing handmade garments and had great sense of style. Sally spent many days in Central Park or Washington Square Park in New York City and Centennial Park in Kingman with her cherished toy poodles and taking walks with friends. Sally was a devout Catholic and member of St. Mary's Church.
As of July 2024, Salomea "Sally" Hamera is interred at Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman, Arizona.
