Sally A. Murphy Heim, 74, of Archbald, daughter of the late John L. and Sarah M. Snee Murphy, died Sunday, Nov. 29, at Select Specialty Hospital within Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born in Carbondale on May 8, 1946, and graduated from St. Rose High School in 1964. She worked at Wal-Mart, Dickson City, for over 20 years before retiring.

Jr and wife, Laura, of Archbald; and Michael of Chicago; daughters, Sarah Kroll and husband, Kevin, of Easton; and Emily of Archbald; four grandchildren, Rhylee and Kennedy Kroll and Eli and Leo Heim; brothers, Francis E. Murphy and wife, Venita, Scranton; John L. Murphy Jr. and wife, Sandra, Mountaintop; and Michael Murphy and partner, Gary Miller, Port St. Lucie, Florida; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by sisters, Mary Frances O'Brien and Sheila Munley; and brother, Thomas P. Murphy.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name can be made to the American Cancer Society or Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
