Funeral services for Sally Kay Ledford, 62, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial followed at Brushy Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Ledford was born on March 12, 1959, in Sallisaw to Donald D. Ledford and Olta (Risenhoover) Ledford. She passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 in Sallisaw.
She was formerly a waitress.
Survivors are one son, Joe Ledford of Sallisaw; adopted daughter, Chrystal Goldschmidt of Denver, Colo.; her mother, Olta Ledford of Sallisaw; one sister, Polly Simpson of Sallisaw; nieces and nephews, Travis and Kelby Ledford, Kaylah and Patrick Brown, Dallas and Jade Ledford, Autumn Ledford and Brandon Ledford all of Sallisaw; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ledford; and one brother, Joe Don Ledford.
Active pallbearers were Archie Risenhoover, Travis Ledford, Brandon Ledford, Dallas Ledford, Joe Ledford and Darren Baggs.
Honorary pallbearers were her nieces, Kiley Pratt, Chrystal Goldschmidt, Nita Marley and Shawna Choate.
Viewing was 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
