It's been several days since I came across a post mentioning Sally's passing on Facebook. My heart goes out to her family and friends. She was a person that always seemed to have her feet planted firmly on the ground, ready to take on whatever life would throw at her and rushing to help others in their time of need, and celebrating with them in their time of joy. Heaven has gained one more joyous soul.

Sally was a very good friend of my late brother, Tim Marshall. Hearing of her passing hurts terribly. She helped me design the Palmer Place Logo in 1983 that Palmer Place still uses today. She was such a creative person with so much raw talent. I was fortunate to have her in my life for brief periods when she would meet up with my brother and I would get to feel her shy but warm, powerful presence. She was such a positive and special person that probably never realized how much she influenced the people she touched or how she was viewed by others. Sorry for your loss Rob and family.
So sad! You will be missed dearly!

My condolences to Sally's loved ones. Sally was so creative, talented, knowledgeable, passionate about her interests. She was so exuberant, tender-hearted, and genuine with everyone. She raised butterflies. I won't forget the one time she rescued some frogs. Every time I saw Sally, she brightened my day. She was so genuine and so sweet. I wish I could have known her better. The world needs more Sallys in it. She definitely made an impression on me, I think she positively impacted a lot of people. My regards to her loved ones.

Sally was such a friendly, caring and giving woman. She brought light and life to every place she was. She was artistic and always willing to share her gift with the world. Sally spent countless hours at Home Depot decorating aprons for her co-workers, putting her art on the breakroom wall and she was always patient and thorough with every customer she helped. I will always treasure the time spent with her. Fly free sweet lady!

My deepest and most sincere condolences to Sally's family and loved ones. Sally was an absolute ray of sunshine at Home Depot. On the days when work was especially hard, she was always there with a kind word or a hug. I've never known someone so kind and genuine, and probably never will again. She was genuinely loved by co-workers as well as customers, and she will be forever missed.
