To the Alfarone family, friends & Higgins co-workers,
Our heartfelt condolences & prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Sal was the best at what he did for his customers and I know for his family. He always shared, with enthusiasm his love for work and especially his family. He was always there to take care of us and our end user customers. It is was a great partnership that Sal cultivated with pride and joy. I hope to be half as good at taking care of the customer like Sal did. Sal will be deeply missed. May God Bless his Soul.
Sincerely,
Rick Baker & the Johnson Controls Fire Protection Team

To the Alfarone Family, friends & coworkers
On behalf of the Hartford CT Police Department, please accept our condolences.
Sal supported our ID needs for likely more than 20 years. His character and responsiveness showed over the phone and in-person. He was very likable and amicable; his periodic check-ins with Jalynn or I for orders were often good chats about Maine and Florida, our hobbies, the job, printer troubleshooting, and goods and services. He'll be missed!
In our thoughts and prayer,
Dustin Rendock & JaLynn Adams-White

I worked for the Berkshire County Sheriff´s Office for the last 7 years. In that time, I don´t think I´ve ever met a vendor as thorough as Sal (we didn´t know him by Sam). Every 2-3 months, the phone would randomly ring and when I´d pick it, the bubbly voice on the other end would say, "Hey Jake! This is Sal with Higgins Corp. How are you doing today?"
Of all I´ve worked with, he was without a doubt the most punctual and friendly "do-anything-for-you" guy. You could tell him to call you back at 9:03:37 am 9 months and 24 days from now, and he´d do it.
To the Alfarone family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Sal was a good man and I can´t say enough good things about him. Please take solace in knowing he´ll always be looking down on you and watching over you all.
