I worked with Archie when I was at OCPS from 200 - 2003. He was a great resource for me. I admired how many tasks he did for OCPS. My condolences to his family.

My best friends at WPHS: Steve, Larry Riles, & John Cook. My parents really like Archie. He stayed in touch with my Mom, when I strayed thousands of miles away. Really a great and fun guy.

I shall never forget my dearest cousin, whom I first met in December 1974 along with the rest of the `Archie Family´ on my visit to Orlando - His smile, his wonderful sense of humor and the JOKES!!! He welcomed me with open arms. His kindness, caring and devotion to his family.
On several visits to Florida and one when we spent time together in Sicily where we shared our mutual origins. Unfortunately, he never made it to Australia.
I will ALWAYS remember you Steve.

Scott thomson best man at Steve's wedding.college lab partner, intermural buddies, worked together at Health Department, tennis partner, ski victim, and best friend. The obituary written by the
family is spot on. Let us us pray for strength for the family , there is plenty of love in the home. Pray for Patricia ,loving wife of 54 years, she was the prize for many pool games but always passed when I occasionally won. Kristen has God parents who love her dearly, joy and Jerry mcgratty, they also new and deserve prayers for health recovery. SOOOI MANY SMILES AND GOOD TIMES WERE LIVED AT STEVES RESIDENCE THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. HE WILL BE MISSED BUT NOT FORGOTTEN definitely one of the good ones. God rest your sole.

Dear Dad,

Thank you for being a great father for us and an amazing husband for our mom. No matter how long your work day was you never said no for anything. You have helped us with our homework as kids and with our houses when something broke and with our kids to babysit. You were present with all of us for doctor´s appointments, ER visits, and surgeries. You have always had a smile on your face and always made us laugh with your funny jokes especially your funny faces and dances. Thank you for being a great Man for us all. We will miss you dearly and meet you when our time comes.

Love,

Jennifer, Kristan, and Mom

I met Steve at the Orange County Health Department in 1984. He was always patient, kind and welcoming about answering questions and explaining why we did things the way we did. I learned a lot from him.
May your memories of happy times help you through the coming days.
