So sorry to hear of Sams passing. I will be out of town Thursday or I would have attended . I will keep you in my prayers

I met Sam at Jim Savage's Memorial concert where I had played for singer Heidi Skok. Sam met me afterwards and to this day I feel touched by his kind words, his generous compliments and his warm personality. It's true that people can forget what you say, but people never forget how you made them feel!

Dearest Maryann, we are saddened, but our memories of Sam will always be pleasant. Our time rehearsing and playing together stays with us always. Con molto affezione, tu amici sempre, Ricky and Lois

We are going to miss Sam and his smiling face and great personality. Will remember his friendship with Dennis and how we all looked forward to seeing him when they were together. We are sending our condolences along with our love and prayers for you, Maryann, and the family. God bless you all.

Even though we lived far away we always felt close to Sam. Jack always said "I wish Sam was my brother." We loved him
