i didn't know sam that well, but it felt like i did. he was always friendly to me. i looked forward to talking with him anytime i saw him. to his family, i'm grieve with you.

The staff at Dr. Ramos office are saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Littleton. His positive attitude and wonderful smile will be missed by all who have been blessed to know him. May you find peace in knowing that he is resting in the arms of Jesus and in pain no longer. We will miss him so much.
