My condolences to the family.

Samantha was truly unique. I was blessed by her presence in my life. I was out of the country when I heard about her passing. In fact, I just returned this past Monday. I know what a loss this must be for all of you. I met Sam though our meditation practice and loved her very much. I have been keeping Sam and all of you who loved her dearly in my heart, especially during my meditation periods. May you find comfort knowing that love never dies. It expands and deepens. My sincere condolences to Samantha Eggar´s family, friends, and admirers. Her remarkable talent and versatility left a lasting impression on film, television, and stage. She will be fondly remembered for her artistry and the inspiration she brought to so many. May she rest in peace.

The year was 1968. I was shopping for baby clothes in the now gone Deisroth's Department store in Hazleton, PA. , near the historic town of Eckley, PA., where The Molly Maguires was being filmed. The only other customer in the Baby Department was Samantha Eggar. I was in awe of her yet too shy to speak with her at the time. I cherish the memory! I liked the films that included "Doctor Dolittle," May the God of love be with You.

I first met Samantha in 2010. She had a poster in her house of herself on the cover of Vogue magazine in the 1960s. I asked "Is that you on the cover of Vogue?" She replied "Why do you have to ask? I look the very same!" I loved her sense of humor. Now my muse is gone and my heart is broken.

I offer my sincere condolences to the family of Samantha Eggar. May the God of all comfort be with your family during this difficult time.

Samantha was a lovely lady. I had the pleasure of working with her as an actor on a film in Hollywood, and she was a joy to behold. Sweet, genuine and with a charming way of including you in her life. Also, a very gifted actress.
