Kim, I just wanted to let you know from all the staff on 6 east at Ruby Memorial Hospital, that you are in our thoughts and prayers. My kids Brock and Brittany Jahn went to middle school with Sam and remember her well. She'll be greatly missed. God Bless you and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sam was a wonderful friend to me when I lived in West Virginia, and I was so glad to have seen her again a few years ago. Although I am sad to hear of her passing, I am thankful that she is now in Heaven, free of pain and sorrow.

My deepest sympathies to you all. I just found out today that Samantha went home to be with Jesus. I am heartbroken that I didn't get to say goodbye to her. I hadn't seen Sam for several years since we moved away from Enterprise, but she was in my thoughts alot. We used to camp together at the Hick Festival with her Nan and Pap. I still have a rock that Sam sold to me for a quarter :-) I loved her very much and cherish the memories that I have of her. My prayers and with you all. I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Sam.I unfortunatly didnt get to met her, but im sure if we did we could have been great friends.I've heard alot about her since last year and have learned that we are alot alike. Again, im so terrible sorry, but i know she is in a much better place now, and she's compleatly heald.

I never knew Sam that well, but I had talked to her a few times up at Jesse Suplee's house. She was pretty fun to talk to. I wished I could have talked to her more, but after a while I didn't see her in school anymore. It is truely a shock to hear about this. I am truely sorry. I know your loss and how hard it is to let go. The natual order of things has been interupted. Even though we don't understand why Sam was called Home so soon, I know Sam is watching us and wants only the very best for you.
