In memory of
Sarah Boynton
July 14, 2025
Though I did not know Sam and Olive well, I was grateful to have met them and work in the school that Sam had helped to found 25 years ago.
His legacy is apparent in the halls of Brookstone Schools everyday. Students continue to be encouraged, led and supported to be the best versions of themselves as image bearers of Christ.
I am grateful to Sam for touching so many lives and for the impact that will continue on ahead of him.

Sam was my brother´s mentor and great friend. I met him several times and could understand the level of respect my brother, TJ, had for him. He will be dearly missed but the impact he made on my brother and many others will be his legacy. I thank God that he put Sam in my brother´s path.

I had the privilege of working with Sam at Lincoln Financial. To know Sam was to love him. He will be missed greatly and remembered as a wonderful man who loved many and demonstrated this love through words and deeds. I feel honored that I knew Sam even for a short while.

The photo is of Sam with Kathleen Chambers, Oswald and Biddy's daughter, at tea in her home, February,1997. I learned on that trip that Sam's testimony about sharing Jesus was always fresh because he was always sharing Jesus. What an example of running the race right through the finishing line. We love you, Sam - and will see you again one day.

Sam was truly a remarkable man-kind, wise, and full of quiet strength.
He had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued. We feel so blessed that he was such a meaningful part of our son's spiritual journey. His guidance helped shape our son's faith and knowledge of the Bible.
Sam´s presence in our lives was a gift, and we will miss him deeply.

Rest in peace Mr. Cornwell. You were the salt of the earth. I was blessed to have known you through my dad, George Jones. Long time friend to our family. Condolences to his family and friends.
