Samuel DUNN Obituary
Passed away peacefully in his 84th year. Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Sam joined the Vancouver Fire Department in 1955 and put in 19 years of service before trying his hand at commercial fishing. Although he spent some years fishing, his heart never left the Fire Department. During his remaining 12 years, Sam established a new friendship with Jessie, his first wife, and they became best friends. Jessie cared for Sam during his lengthy illness. Sam will be sadly missed by his families and friends. Sam lives within our memories. A Celebration to Sam will be held at the Firefighters Club, 6515 Bonsor Ave, Burnaby, January 24, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
