Dear Kay,John and Family,
I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Sam. I had the pleasure of working for Sam for 12 years. We did keep intouch over the years (Christmas) Glen and I will miss him dearly & he will always be in our hearts!

We had the priviledge of curling with Sam on the same team for a number of years, with the Calgary Winter Club Snowy Owl League, and will sorely miss his enthusiasm and good will. He was a good sportsman and a good and respected friend.

We extend our deepest sympathy to all Sam's family.

How well I remember trying flouride in his office for the very first time! I was twelve and thought that it was great; my Mum, seen after me, nearly gagged on the stuff.

How going to the Lazy Loaf and Kettle brought back memories of his pre-Kensington days.

Rest in peace, Dr. Martens.

To all of Sam's family:
I send you all my deepest sympathy and prayers on the passing of Sam, I was at Agape the day he was admitted and fortunate enough to meet him, what a kind and special Man. I am so sorry for your loss but know Sam is celebrating the Delights of Heaven. God Rest His Soul. "Mo" Agape Volunteer
