I want you to know that Sam always showed up at work with a smile and as described, never met a stranger. From first meeting Sam I sensed he was filled with the spirit of compassion for everyone and I will always hold him in high esteem. Peace to all at this time.

He shared the story of how his mother named him...at that time I was Dr WSE Hardy’s nurse, he told me Dr Hardy delivered him, and his mama named him after him...WSE stands for Walter Samuel Earnest... hence Samuel Earnest O’Neal...I always enjoyed talking to Sam, I also knew his brothers that preceded him
