Noah my son adored Sam. We all adored Sam. But Noah especially loved when Sam would come over. He always had some present to give Noah that was saved just for him. Weather it be Pokémon cards gold chains hats the most recent though was golf clubs. When he brought those over the two of them stayed outside hitting balls into the woods for hours! They were out there talking and talking and talking and laughing almost the entire day. Noah & him had just made up their secret handshake that they did every time they saw each other. I will never forget when know said to me that Sam was his best friend because he loved the way that Sam talked to him. He said no one ever talks to me the way that Sam does. Sam holds a very special spot in our family´s hearts and he will be missed dearly. We love you Sam and Courtney and DJ.

I was always " Matt´s mom " to Sam. He had an infectious smile that always made others smile too. My grandson Noah worshipped Sammy a great deal. Noah always used to tell me that Sammy was his " best adult friend ever " !! My heart aches for all who knew and cared about Sammy. We have suffered a great loss however, I hope some can rest easy knowing that Samuel is in a better place and is always watching over those he loved. The skies shine brighter with his presence , I feel that that twinkling star way up high is Sammy saying .

Sam, I miss you every moment of every day. My heart aches now that you´re gone. It´s going to be a long wait until we reunite; but know that I cannot wait to see you again and give you the biggest hug. Thank you for all the experiences and people you blessed me with while you were on the earthly side. I love you with all that I am Samuel. You will NEVER be forgotten as you have impacted the lives of so many in beautiful ways. Thank you for being the one that grew flowers in the darkest parts of me. Love you forever, Courtney.
